Parking seems to bit problematic when all guests arrive with cars. That said, during the check in, the person whole helped us was extremely coorperative with finding us a solution. This was a great help. We definitely come back on our frequent trips back home.

Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointe
I'd give this 4/10 at best. Staff are nice the hotel is a 2-star really, not a 3 star. Breakfast offering is poor and doesn't cater for the British, lack of air con on hot weather is an issue. They have fans but one receptionist told me they didn't. Not a great part of town to stay in with quite a bit of noise from the shop below. My headline says it all really.

We didn’t stay. Took one look at the room and left. Dingy, cracked linoleum, horrible parking situation, nothing to recommend. Left less than 30 minutes after checking in. No refund per policy but could have offered one night pay, one night refund. Adamantly refuses per policy. OK. But I was NOT staying there.

Perfect neighborhood B & B, mostly business guests
The people who run this small hotel are extraordinarily helpful with information and welcome. Everything is minimalistic, including the small artful cartoons on the wall. It is small and simple. It is clean. It is run well, from the heart. There is a tiny convenience store next door and small restaurants nearby. A perfect neighborhood bed and breakfast.

Good location and great staff
We recently stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located a couple of miles outside the town centre in a mainly residential area (handy supermarket next door and a nice Italian restaurant very close). A real positive is that the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the tram stop with a regular service into the town on line 1 which takes 10 minutes and is very easy to use. The hotel staff on the front desk were very pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfasts were also of a good standard with plenty of variety. Our room on the 1st floor was at the back of the hotel and overlooked a school playground. The room itself had a nice modern bathroom and the metal shutters ensured enjoyed a good level of privacy and sleep quality. Our only criticism of the room would the slightly dated appearance and lack of a carpet (Lino tiles I think). Overall though, for the price and excellent staff, we would recommend the horel

Good Value and Friendly Staff.
The room was suitable for the price and the staff was wonderful. The hotel is situated a short walk to the bus which is a 10 minute ride to the center. The parking is gated and secure.
