Beautiful apartment with a bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette (dishwasher), bathroom with bath and washing machine, little private garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is cozy and modern, the living area is approximately 60 sqm. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 5 people and suitable for families. The spacious bedroom (22 m²) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request. The spacious living area is designed as an "open floor plan" and has a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and extractor fan.
The little garden in summer offers additional space to relax. Lush greenery provides adequate privacy and shade on hot days.

Wonderful holiday home

We were very impressed with the flat. The place was comfortable and modern and had everything we needed. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful with information about the area and the city and we enjoyed our time there immensely. We hope to come back in the future the next time we're visiting Freiburg.

Die Ferienwohnung ist verkehrstechnisch perfekt gelegen, um Freiburg und die Umgebung zu erkunden (Straßenbahn-Haltestelle 250m entfernt!). Gleichzeitig befindet sich die Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohnumfeld, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Apotheke) in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Vauban

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie war wirklich super sauber und es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Unsere Kinder (5 & knapp 2 Jahre alt) haben das vorhandene Spielzeug sehr geliebt - insbesondere die Straßenbahn und den Bus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung von Herzen weiter.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung – rundum sorglos und bestens ausgestattet!

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Schon bei der Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet – von Spültabs über Kaffee bis hin zu Klopapier und Kleenex war wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt haben.Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Ein Parkhaus mit großzügigen Stellplätzen ist nur eine Minute entfernt, sodass das Auto sicher untergebracht ist. Zudem sind der Bahnanschluss, ein Bioladen, ein Bäcker und ein Rewe in maximal fünf Minuten erreichbar – ideal für alle Besorgungen!Die Vermieter waren äußerst unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung trotz schlechten Wetters genossen. Der Stadtteil Vauban ist interessant und man erreicht in wenigen Minuten nette Cafés, Bioladen , ein gutes und gemütliches Restaurant sowie die Tram. Alles perfekt und dazu noch eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Super schön in wunderbarer Lage

Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr schöne Wohnung, die nicht nur sauber und ordentlich ist, sondern viele kleine Extras hat. So gibt es sogar Spiele und Bücher! Die Lage ist klasse und Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt eine Straße weiter. Von dort in gut 10 Minuten in der Altstadt! Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
