"Very nice hotel, clean, spacious, well maintained. Very comfortable. Staff a little dour and not very engaging, but my French was poor so maybe that was it, but the property was good."

"We liked everything there"

"Lovely old building with a really welcoming host. Beautiful setting and rooms. Breakfast lovely. "

"Lovely quaint hotel in a quiet picturesque little town. Very hospitable staff."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "Fine hotel. Would use again"

"Great stay at Chateau de Tresse. Great welcome and friendly atmosphere. This old castle is very peaceful. "

"Lovely 15th century farm house with all the charm that comes with it. Great indoor pool and peaceful setting. The hosts were great and very welcoming. Perfect!"

"Excellent room in a quiet area. The room was super clean and had a tropical look to it. For us it was the perfect place to stay after cycling along the Loire. Thanx also to our host Arnaud for preparing a great breakfast. Merci beaucoup!"

"Pleasantly, but sparsely furnished. In nice courtyard. Our bed was small-ish, but not uncomfortable."

"We had an overnight stay here during our cycle vacation. Great position, overlooking the water. Fresh rooms and good wifi. We had the 3 course set menu for lunch. Absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended. Thanks for a fabulous stay."

"This is a great basic hotel near Lion d’Anger. Very comfortable and quiet with a nice breakfast and restaurant. Easy parking. And very nice staff! My only recommendation would be to have electric car charging installed in the parking."

"Lovely pool nice staff Gorgeous buildings and situation We loved it"

"A bit cold in the rooms"
