"This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. "Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, a great place to stay. We can highly recommend the restaurant for dinner and breakfast."

"Very nice room. Access to the thermal pool was great."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Great place to stay when visiting the area. Breakfast very basic. "

"Lovely hotel and staff - very clean and friendly "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights"

"Tudo perfeito dos melhores sítios que já visitei 🙌"

"It is such a beautiful house and we were made to feel so welcome by Andre and Suzanne. Breakfast was superb, restaurant recommendation was great, we couldn't fault anything"

"What a wonderful spot! The rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious! I highly recommend this beautiful place!"

"Unreliable WIFI, phone not working. Little effort to correct."

"Very clean, comfortable, large room, excellent staff"

"The hotel is rather small (a very good thing for me!), but the room I had was large and the bathroom too. It was modern and very clean, with A/C. It was called Mallus and had a French door to the street which meant I had to have the blind down all the time for privacy, really the only drawback to it all. The breakfast is very good, fresh, and the manager very kind and dedicated. I highly recommend!"

"Awesome place"

"If traveling by car, this is a splendid place to stay in the Duro Valley. Staff and room were very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included, which seems to be a vanishing practice in Europe these days. The hotel offers diner (not included) as well. The town of Tabuaco is quite small so dining options near by are limited. We would stay there again."
