No cleaning done unless you ask for it; TV useless

"Our TV did not work properly, often the image was like a puzzle and the remote control only worked sometimes... I was surprised that no cleaning was done unless we specifically put the sign on the door to 'Please clean'. I would expect from a 4* hotel that cleaning was done, unless I asked them not ..."
