Fully-equipped 2-room apartment on 2nd floor in a superb pedestrian residence with a huge 1000 m² swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones.

Access to the residence is secured by badge and under video surveillance with a janitor.

It comprises small 3-storey buildings set in a well-kept wooded park.

4 private tennis courts in the residence

Nearby visits to the theater, Roman remains and old Fréjus.
