Article 1: Definitions

1.1 Guest: any person staying at Cosy Parc An as part of a reservation.
1.2 Host: owner or manager of the Cosy Parc An accommodation.
1.3 Accommodation: Cosy Parc A studio made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests

2.1 The maximum number of guests authorised to stay at Cosy Parc An is set at 2 people, including adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Any additional guests are strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

Article 3: Special Requests

3.1 Any special request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to arrival.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or decline such requests based on the accommodation’s capacity and applicable regulations.

Article 4: Respect for the Accommodation

4.1 Guests agree to keep the Cosy Parc A clean, in good condition, and used for its intended purpose.
4.2 Noise disturbances, inappropriate behaviour, and any damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Penalties for Noncompliance

5.1 Any violation may result in:

Financial penalties
Immediate expulsion without refund
And/or legal action if necessary
Article 6: Amendments to the Rules

6.1 The host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
Amendments will take effect as soon as they are communicated.

Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules

7.1 Any reservation at Cosy Parc An implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 8: Security Deposit

8.1 General Principle: A security deposit is required to cover any damage or failure to comply with the rules.

8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €300 and must be paid no later than 48 hours before arrival (credit card pre-authorization only; no funds are charged).

8.3 Refund: It will be released within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

8.4 Withholding: In the event of damage or breach of contract, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld, with supporting documentation.

8.5 Disputes: An amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Article 9: Environmental Responsibility & Energy Management

9.1 Travellers agree to behave in an environmentally responsible manner.

9.2 Prudent use:

Recommended temperature: 20°C in winter / 25°C in summer
Turn off the air conditioning when you are away or when a window is open
Use equipment responsibly

9.3 Reducing Energy Consumption:
Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

9.4 Penalties:
Any misuse may result in penalties.

9.5 Information:
The necessary instructions are provided in the unit.
