The property is a fully renovated 2-room apartment spanning 46 square meters on the ground floor. It features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), TV, and air conditioning. There is also a separate room with a French bed (140cm x 190cm) and another TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
