Ground floor apartment, facing south, in villa with entrance and large independent terrace. Private parking and fenced yard. Calm neighborhood. All shops at 400m. Seaside / coves at 700m.
Accommodation for 4 people including an open fitted kitchen, a living-dining room with TV, sofa and storage unit, a bunk bed area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, pad coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils / dishes. The bedroom has a bed with new memory foam mattress of 160x200x30cm and the bunk beds have new mattresses of 80x200x18cm. Also available hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron + ironing board, fans.
The air conditioning of the accommodation can be activated on request; in this case, electricity consumption is billed separately with meter reading (at EDF tariff).
Large partly paved terrace with 60m2 synthetic lawn and electric plancha, sunbeds, chairs, table and parasol. Private, fenced parking lot next to the accommodation with remote-controlled gate. Courtyard / garden of 250 m2 fenced and shared space ideal for children with swings and playhouse.

L’Appartement est parfait conforme aux photos, propre, bien équipé avec la climatisation et une très bonne literie . Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces, du marché et à 700m de la calanque des Louvans. Propriétaire réactifs car ils nous ont fournis un grand parasol . Le jardin étant plein sud et sans ombrages nous ne pouvions pas rester sous la pergola avec son toit en plexiglass c’est la raison du 4 étoiles .
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, proche de toutes commodités (commerces, plage), la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour est un +.
Super accueil des propriétaires. A bientôt peut-être.
