"The service is very inconsistent. 5 Stars to the staff at the front desk (Nick and Erica). Nick consistently went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Restaurant seating and service was prompt, pricing and food good, omelet chefs were excellent, bug in my water glass and getting replacement glass was difficult, getting drinks refilled was very slow. Housekeeping room was always clean however replacement items were inconsistent. Shampoo and body gel were empty, had to go to front desk to get toilet paper, kleenex wasn't replaced. "

"The lobby was very nice, I enjoyed the building floor plan and I liked how I could walk to the morning breakfast and fitness rooms without going outside into the chill. The building felt very same and cozy. "
