"The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer. Good for transport links too. The 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted but its worth the effort and would happilybreturn here. "

"This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"Clean and a good location in old town. The major distraction was the adjacent property under construction and the accompanying noise and vibration. The property was a little quirky, but quite serviceable. The bathroom was only for smaller individuals, difficult is almost complementary."
