"This place is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It should be torn down. Filthy. Trash everywhere. Shoddy construction. The shower curtain was disgusting and discolored with filth. The floor has probably not been cleaned in years. If you stay longer than one night, you are locked out of the room until resetting the key in the office. No ice machine. Bedding horrible. Claiming there is Internet is just plain fraud. I had to sit outside in my car to do my work. But, I wasn't comfortable after Twilight, fearing for my safety. "

"It seemed like a good deal when looking at the price but the room was pretty beat up and there are no amenities. Like you can't even get coffee in the lobby and no coffee maker in the room, and for a longer stay hotel, there are no plates, silverware, or anything available to support a longer stay. The furniture and walls are really beat up so be prepared for it looking pretty old. It is clear that management has not put a lot of care into the building for quite some time. After a red eye flight, we asked if it was possible for an early check in (1-2 hours early) and they said, "NO!" so rudely before we even finished our request. I don't think they even knew the request before their interruption. Lastly, the garbage cans are located right by the entry doors which is pretty normal but the staff stands there smoking so it is really tough to enter or exit the building without going thru a horrible cloud of smoke everytime. Not healthy at all. "

"I’ve stayed here in the past it was ok this time price was over 100.00 assumes they had remodeled it. I get there and that was not the case. It’s run down since last I stayed nasty dirty linens shower was DISGUSTING hair on the walls, long hair on the sheets I mean GROSSSSSSSSS! I needed a tetnis after being in there. At 100.00 plus I’d expect wayyyy more. "

"Sean and Rose were excellent hosts who couldn’t do enough for me throughout my stay. The parking options are fine (whilst I was able to park right outside, there’s ample other parking either side of the hotel!). My room was fantastic (including the “his and hers” shower) and the bed was extremely comfortable. The honesty bar was a lovely touch - and the roof terrace was great to have a couple of sundowners on. And breakfast this morning was excellent too! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting West Monroe!"

"The place looks shady but it’s a good area, restaurants next door, never had issues here. "

"Breakfast was great. Pool was not heated so it was so cold the kids could not swim in it. They also ran out of pool towels and extra blankets. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel smelt like weed! When we walked into the lobby our eyes started watering. When we gotnto our room it was worse. The day after when we checked out of a non smoking room we were informed we were going put on a smoking floor and had to put up with the smell of weed."
