Cozy Suites in a New House!

This is a cozy and private 3 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) in the upstairs portion of a new house. The 3 rooms upstairs are separated from the downstairs by a 2nd entrance, so you have private access.
The master bedroom has a seating area, an attached bathroom and a walk in closet. The 2 other rooms have closets and they share a bathroom. All 3 rooms have a queen size bed, Smart TV and a work desk.
There is a newly built, fully stocked kitchen upstairs specifically for the 3 upstairs rooms.
This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park.
Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

The property was very well kept, clean and worked well for what we needed. Our only issue is the beds were not the most comfortable. The unit was the entire upstairs, and although it said the bottom unit did not have access to upstairs, there was no door to close off the upstairs unit.

A nice place

The unit was clean and well decorated, but we were shocked to find that "our unit" upstairs did not have a door for privacy or security. This condo is like a split entry home. Once you enter the foyer there is a locked doorway at that level for the bottom unit. The VRBO is up the stairs on the second floor which does not have its own door for security. The second floor was made into a separate unit with a very tiny kitchen. It served our purpose for an overnight stay on the way to Sequoia, but we didn't think we'd enjoy staying any longer for the reasons mentioned above. The unit was very clean, quiet, and decorated well. There were some dishes, kitchen wares and appropriate linens. In addition to the lack of an actual door entrance we'd suggest eliminating the automatic lighting for the bathrooms. It's very distracting and annoying when someone gets up to the bathroom in the middle of the night (since there also isn't a door on the bath entrance) and the light comes on brightly when entering.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The host is very welcoming and left us water and snacks in the foyer. It is a very quiet neighborhood, the mattresses are good. We all got a good nights sleep. There is ample parking.
