Fully private guest suite with a private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette, laundry room, living area, and dining space. Located in a newly developed, quiet, Safe, residential neighborhood in the West Fresno area. Approximately 9miles from airport, 9 miles from Amtrak train,
4 miles from the Tower District, and
5 miles to fresno community hospital. Grocery store, eateries, Starbucks, and shopping center less then a mile away.

Fully private guest suite with a private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette, laundry room, living area, and dining space. Located in a newly developed, quiet, Safe, residential neighborhood in the West Fresno area.

Guest will have a fully private space which includes a private entrance with keypad. A living room, bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
Other things to note
Welcomed to park anywhere on the street. The entrance to the guest suite is to the right of the home guided by the cement walk away. Please keep in mind checkout is 11 am(cleaning crew comes at 12pm).
