Beautiful 2 story 4 bedroom/2.5 baths with large yard and pool. Sleeps up to 10. Brand new furniture, washer & dryer, and upgraded kitchen. Fast internet and smart TVs. Includes office area. House is close to the Fresno International airport, Sunnyside country club, and convenient stores. House is close to major Freeways and Avenues for an easy drive to 3 National Parks (Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park).

The space

Beautiful single family home with 2,500 sq ft living space. Lot: 8,775 sqft
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs including the Master bedroom. Down stairs there is an isolated bedroom and 3/4 bath. The kitchen has been recently updated with Granite counter tops and flooring is plank ceramic tile. The back yard has an awesome pool with an amazing rock water feature perfect for those hot summer days.
