The staff was very accommodating, except when it came to no Ice . TV in first room they assigned didn't work, she first gave me new batteries when that didn't do the trick, gave me the room next door. Towels are very thin but for the price on new years eve, it was safe close and convenient. Nice bathroom and toiletries. Black out shades did their thing this morning cause i didn't want to get up! I'd stay again if needed.

I like how quiet it was and the staff was all nice... The one thing I wish was open was the pool and the hotel had breakfast.

All staff I that I encountered were friendly and helpful.. The problem is that the room had a dirty washcloth on the floor by the sink aswell as mens facial hair around the sink.. no biggie. I moved on until I had to shower. One towel stained with something sticky on it and the other towel is what I chose to use after pulling about 8 or 9 long black hairs off of it.. would have said this place was great if it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness.. I would have no complaints if this was a $40 room, but for $100 I expected a clean room at least..

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little small compared to some others, but nice. The only reason i ga e a 4/5 stars was one of the three towels in the room were stained and the fact that there were only three towels in the room. A little petty.... Now, the mexican restaurant across the street was EXCELLENT!

Over all room was great. There were some dead cockroaches behind the door and the tv never did work. Went to the office and said something, they switched out cable boxes but that didn’t help. So no tv with an 11yr old for 2 days.

Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is renovated and clean. We stayed for 2 nights for my son’s baseball tournament. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was clean and had ample space. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

the room is good and clean but it was a regular room and my reservation was for a suit room ,when we arrived the lady at the front desk was regection our reservation so we have to show her the email i got from expidia ,i think the preperty is nice but staff is not that friendly
