  • The very modern studio apartment with 45 m²) is located in Fischbach - a suburb of Friedrichshafen - within walking distance to Lake Constance.
    A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cozy cooking, in the house there is a large EDEKA.
    The apartment is handicapped accessible and can be reached by elevator.
    On request can be washed, ironing board etc. are available.
    The new apartment offers an underground parking space and bicycle storage

Freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, sehr gute Info zur Anreise, hochwertige moderne und umfangreiche Ausstattung, geräumiger Balkon, ideale Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren rund um den Bodensee, abgeschlossener geräumiger Fahrradkeller, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, nur 3 Minuten zum Zug, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Supermarkt im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Modernes, gemütliches Appartement in super Lage

Sehr sauber und super modern ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Edeka ist über den Aufzug im Haus direkt zu erreichen. Auch Bäcker und Metzger befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhige Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zum wunderschönen Seeufer.
