Holiday Home 'Schöne Aussicht' with Private Garden and Wi-Fi

This newly renovated house offers comfortable accommodation for workers and travelers. A living space of 170 m² is spread over two floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each with two beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. The first floor offers an additional bedroom with a cozy sofa bed, a practical small laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate WC with shower. The spacious living and dining area is combined with an open, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher.



Parking is available directly at the house and both satellite TV and WLAN are available. For those seeking relaxation, the Silbersee lake with its wellness facilities and bobsleigh run is only about 2 kilometers away, while the Neuenhainer See lake is about 5 kilometers away, ideal for relaxing days by the water. Shopping facilities and a pizzeria can be found in the immediate vicinity, only around 2 kilometers away. The quiet location of the house guarantees a pleasant ambience, perfect for a relaxing stay or a successful business trip.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz und eigenem Garten

Pros: Das Haus besticht durch seine moderne Einrichtung und sein geräumiges Inneres. Wir waren sechs Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz, um uns nicht in die Quere zu kommen. Besondere Highlights sind die Terrasse mit Grill für ein gemütliches Abendessen unter freiem Himmel und die große Dusche. Nachts lohnt sich übrigens ein Blick in den Himmel, der hier vor Sternen strotzt.
