Welcome to Sandy Souls Frisco- Stay in this upper level, 2 bedroom 1 bath hideaway that's every fisherman's dream.
Fully renovated yet retaining a rustic charm. The house sits on 1 acre with 3 sides of waterfront for fishing and a ramp to launch your own kayak /paddleboard, or bring your boat and dock it here with the ability for a 25' boat. Enjoy mornings on the Large front porch with a screened in area or the upper level deck over looking the Pamlico Sound with beautiful views of waterfront living and the most colorful sunsets.
We're within driving distance to restaurants ,shops and beaches. Our rental comes with everything that you need, free to use any time. A washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and gas grill.
Again this is just upper level living, the lower level is being renovated in the off season and is not occupied.

Great Place to get away!

This property was awesome. It was very secluded and right on the water. The views from the balcony for sunrise and sunset were 5 star. There are solid restaurants and tackle shops within 5 minutes but it’s far enough away from the regular beach going crowd. Will stay again next year

Just Magical

Sandy Souls is a magical place. We loved everything about it. It was super clean with everything you need, and very cozy. The front porch was a lovely place for morning coffee. We also saw beautiful sunsets every evening. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We could of asked for a better place to spend a week! The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The dogs loved swimming and playing in the yard. The fishing was great! We even got to see a Manatee on our last night there!!!!!

We had the best stay, perfect location. It was quiet and peaceful with a great view but close to restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we needed and was very clean, bed was confy. The window AC units are a bit loud but thats to be expected. Bring bug spray if you sit out by the water, the mosquitoes are thick!

Piece of historic waterfront heaven

My wife and I really enjoyed the house and property. Far enough away from the crowd, but close enough to experience the wonders of the OBX. My niece and nephew had a ball fishing in the canal. Can't wait to go back next year when the bottom floor is finished. We left with heavy hearts and Sandy Souls.

Feels like home

We absolutely loved Sandy Souls! It was so peaceful and off the main road. My family and I had an amazing time there. We were able to bring our boat along and use the private boat ramp which was very convenient. The house was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed while staying there. We felt right at home there. When it was too windy to go in the boat we were able to fish right from the yard and there was plenty of room for my grandkids to run and play. We will definately be back again as soon as we can. Thank you both so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Frisco

This is a great property, very remote and surrounded by great views. It was located nicely between Buxton and Frisco, close to lots of good fishing and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very well stocked with supplies that allow you to cook there if you want, very appliances. Only thing that I could say to keep in mind is that it is off the paved road a bit, situated right on the sound, but the driveway has some holes and holds some water so be sure your vehicle has some clearance to get down the driveway, don’t need 4WD just some clearance. Not hard to navigate though. We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving so much!

The upstairs is nicely furnished and the window air conditioners managed to keep the house comfortable. Appliances & furnishings were excellent. A few things put a damper on our stay. The listing should be more up front about the upstairs only access. With older dogs, we carried them up & down the outside stairs, as that is the only in & out access --including to screened porch downstairs. Light and fan on sun porch didn't work & owner alerted us to this after our arrival, though no attempt for corrections were made during our stay, so we managed by taking the dogs out using flashlights on the stairs. The mosquitos were numerous and aggressive, so long sleeves & repellant were required if outdoors since the location doesn't get a lot of breeze. Access to Frisco Beach was a short drive & complete with bathrooms & showers.

Ideal Getaway!

Anyone looking for a quiet stay right on the water, this is the place. Clean, easy to get to, with several outdoor activities available. The local restaurants in Frisco, Buxton, and Hatteras served delicious meals. We highly recommend Sandy Souls!
