Just 2 blocks from downtown Frisco, newly refurbished 3-bedroom condo is within 20 minutes of 3 world class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone) and within 30 minutes of two more (Vail, Arapahoe Basin). Best of all, 10-mile creek runs through the backyard of the condo making for an ultra-peaceful and relaxing location a short walk from great restaurants and a short drive (or bus) to tons of winter or summer activities. The location is fantastic. Plenty of space to spread out, good selection of games and there was a very well stocked kitchen - anyone who wants to cook will have plenty of space and cookware! Check in /out was a breeze too. Our only challenge was regulating the heat. I have a thermometer on my travel clock at it was 86 in our bedroom. The host explained there is special heating system that is difficult to regulate, thus the advice was to simply open the windows which we did (in all the bedrooms).

Great location! Like someone else said the only issue was the heating in the house. The downstairs would be chilly at times and the upstairs warm. I wish there was a fan in the master bedroom and for the top bunk. There were blankets to use downstairs though. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay again!
