Perfect location. Loved the Hot tub and the Kitchen. We played board games at the kitchen table and enjoyed the Sonos system. Wonderful House and Neighborhood😊
Home was clean and loved the lodge decor. Was closer to the highway than we had anticipated but otherwise was a great location ( quiet, well kept neighborhood ). Also enjoyed the high end appliances and master bath shower!!
We loved the house. Beautiful layout. Only 10 minutes to Copper Mountain and downtown. My adult children really loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. I would rent this again for sure. Super helpful property managers.
Location is great, block off of Main Street!! Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Had a few maintenance issues with a shower. Great hot tub. Not use to all the streaming as was not able to get live TV like you with cable.
Our group was four adults looking for a centrally located spot to ski Vail, Breck and Keystone and this house nailed it. Conveniently located to all 3 resorts, with shopping (Walmart, Safeway and Whole Foods) all within a 2 minute drive. It’s also near numerous restaurants and the quaint downtown of Frisco. The house is relatively new with every possible gadget and supply provided. Check in/out was very easy and the local property manager checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay at this property again.
We booked this property for a ski trip to the area. Plenty of room for 3 adults.
Pros: close to town and many ski areas; nice neighborhood; property as described in listing; easy check-in process;
Would have given more than 3 stars but the WiFi did not work (due to bill not being paid). Couldn’t use TV and our cell service was spotty due to mountain location. Notified property manager immediately with no resolution until they dropped off a wireless hotspot on our last day.

Reviewer Comments:
This was the best cabin I’ve ever stayed at! Lots of attention to details and small items are elevated. Here are some examples:- the kitchen sink is hammered bronze- the kitchen sink has a hot water faucet- comfortable living room seating with a giant tilt TV, which easily connects to all streaming services.- Sonos sound system! With sub- custom front doors and garage door.- hot tub located at perfect spot and always warm! - high ceilingsThis place was wonderful in and out! We could tell that this is the owners actual vacation home rather than just a rental to make money. Thank you!

Great experience all around! House was well kept and location was great.
Beautiful Frisco home with great layout, pretty and fun Colorado decor, cozy furniture and so comfortable beds. Loved hanging out in the great room with the fireplace setting. Heated floors a fun plus. Great hot tub. Can hear I70 at back of home, becomes white noise and rest of home and location out rank this. Summit Rentals was attentive and caring!
The house is absolutely beautiful and so cozy with many updated features. The location cannot be better and was central to ever where we wanted to go in Frisco. We will definitely stay there again.
Great location, beautiful, comfortable house. Perfect for family getaway. We fly in from Virginia to visit our adult children living in Denver. It was great to have a place where we could all stay together.
This was the perfect spot for our annual girls trip! There were 8 of us and the house was absolutely cozy and accommodating for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful as well.
Location is great! House is large and ample space for a group to spread out.
We loved the convenience of this home. It was a bit noisy with traffic from 70 but we grew accustomed very quickly and did not hear it after first day.
This is a beautiful home and fully stocked with everything needed to make it a great place to stay! The only slight downside was the noise of traffic from I70 but otherwise it was great!
The house was really great for our family. We loved the location was close to Breckenridge also not to far from Vail. Hot tub was nice! Kitchen was great to cook in. Check in and out was very easy and the property manager was very responsive and helpful!
We had an amazing experience at this property. Everything was in great condition and listed correctly on the property description. I would highly recommend renting this property for your next vacation!
This was an amazing stay for my friends and I. The place was exceptionally clean with everything we could have needed. The property manager made it clear they would be available if we needed anything. We had a great time!
Great overall stay. Very spacious and well equipped home in a great location. We did have an issue with the garage door not working that was not resolved during our 2 night stay, but the host was responsive on trying to address the matter, and it had minimal impact on the stay. Would rent again!
