Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Watertower Place Condos in Frisco. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with a loft comfortably sleeps 8 across a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Step inside to a bright, modern living area featuring cozy seating around a fireplace and mounted TV—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining, while a separate dining area accommodates more formal meals. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living space.

Unwind in your private outdoor hot tub, the perfect way to soothe tired muscles after mountain adventures.

The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a spa-like en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. The loft provides additional sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a dedicated workspace—great for remote work.

Excellent Property Close to Downtown Frisco

Our stay at the Watertower place was excellent. The location was perfect and offered great access to places downtown and quick access to the highway to travel to nearby towns. Overall it was a great accommodation for our trip and we would certainly go back in the future.

Family Fun in Frisco

This was one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO. The condo was beautiful, kitchen was great, and the hot tube was wonderful. Great place if you want an active day and a comfortable, warm evening.

Townhouse was a great location to have as a home base. Close to Copper and Breck… restaurants in town are great and walkable. Would stay here again. Townhouse was spotless and well stocked. Good communication and easy check in/out.

Perfect location!

This was a great spot and a very clean property. It was also very accommodating for our large group. The hot tub was awesome and warm upon arrival. Only negative was the dryer did not work well at all.

Easy Access to Everything

This was a great property for four friends spending time in the mountains. It's easy to get to from Denver. It's easy to get to multiple mountain spots south, west and north of the Condo and when you want to hang out you're right next to Main street in Frisco where you can relax and enjoy yourself amongst different restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and well cared for two bedroom condo. It is located a three block walk from Main Street where all the restaurants and stores are located. It is a mile drive for groceries. The fire place and hot tub were wonderful additions to our stay. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals for your family. We weren’t prepared for carrying luggage up 20 stairs at 9000+ feet upon arrival. In summer with the windows open to cool the bedrooms at night the traffic on the adjacent traffic circle was surprisingly busy all night.
