Cannot beat the location!The entire house is clean, well stocked, stunning and conveniently located a block from Main Street. The underground covered parking is perfect for winter.
This property is perfection. We visited in the summertime. The location is close to the downtown area, so it was easy to just walk over to restaurants as well as all of the cute shops. If you have kids, this place has all you need. Lots of kids cups, dishes, toys and the bunk beds were a big hit for our kids. The kitchen is very large with plenty of seating and the overall layout of the place is great. If you visit in the summer, and have adventurous kids, rent bikes or bring your scooters to Frisco Adventure park! We highly recommend staying at this rental.
Half-block from the Copper and Breckenridge buses. One block from shopping and restaurants in every direction. Generous parking and a quiet location. We'll be back.
Great property and great location in the center of town. Close the main street and downtown. The fireplace made the upstairs gathering room warm and cozy. We will be back.

Really nice family friendly condo just a short walk from main street. love that the bedrooms are on the ground floor to make summer nights cooler while sleeping!
We loved our stay with our two young kids in this condo. It was well set up for families, including toys, a high chair, and kids dishes. It’s in a great location that makes all of downtown Frisco and the lake easily walkable. The condo was a bit tricky to find since there isn’t an address number leading to the garage, but the property management company was responsive and helpful.
This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting Frisco.

Mountain Modern Condo offered us a spacious accommodation (especially kitchen). The layout provided ample room for family gatherings and entertainment. The location was incredibly convenient (close to the bus to the ski resort and to downtown Frisco). We were able to go on walks and hikes directly from the condo.The cleanliness fell short of expectations, and the mattresses left much to be desired in terms of comfort. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience was enriched by the generously sized living spaces and the strategic positioning of the condo.
Great location and great property. Size and layout was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 4 kids. Located a block of the bus line to Copper and Main Street. Will definitely look to stay again.

This is the third year my family has stayed here and there’s no other place we’d book! The location can’t be beat (steps away from Main St, just a few minute walk to the lake) and the house is well appointed and very kid friendly.

We enjoyed our week at the Bear’s Den. Four adults & four teenagers fit just fine in this well appointed condo. We frequented Main Street as it was just a block away, and did trips to Copper (15min), A-Basin (25min) and Vail (45 min). The kitchen & baths had everything we needed and the garage was an extra nice perk in February. Additionally, management was very responsive & helpful in working with us on issues that came up before we traveled. Luckily we made it on our trip as planned but we grateful for the prompt communication beforehand. It was a great place to stay.

Good Condo
The condo is a good value especially for larger groups. The layout is unusual but functional. Facilities & appliances were very good. Now the bad news: If you expect A/C as the online ad describes, you will be disappointed. No A/C! You need to change the listing to reflect that. Second, we contacted the property manger for a question and we NEVER heard back from him. Big negative!
When we moved in, the unit was not very clean, with LOTS of open food containers, grocery bags left behind, laundry was left in both the washer and dryer, towels and linens unstacked, and it smelled strongly of air freshener. It had an unclean and unkept feel. The cleaners and prior guests had done little to straighten up. We were there for a month, so we cleaned more thoroughly. But when I had to clean the vacuum because it was so dirty and full that it overheated and quit working, I asked for compensation. The management company refunded almost double what I proposed, so I felt they treated me quite fairly. And promptly. The rest of the stay went very well.

Great but One Issue
The place was nearly perfect as it's a great location, clean, easy to check-in and stocked with all the necessities.
But two issues: It was advertised as 3.5 bath but it's only 2.5 bath. And with the master shower, the shower drain was extremely slow...to a point where the water was at your ankles within a few minutes. While the intention was not to take super long showers but after a cold day on the mountain, it's always nice to soak in a hot shower for a bit longer than normal. But standing in that high water was pretty nasty. On top of that, I nearly slipped backwards coming out. I'll give the property manager some credit as they were extremely responsive when I first let them know. They said a plumber would come that day. When they didn't show after a day, I let them know. Again, they were responsive but that was the last I heard from them. For the money we paid, it was a disappointing experience.
