1 BR, 1 BA Condo – Pool, Hot Tub Access – On Bike Path!

Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a smart choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Powderview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for small families and groups up to four. The living room features a large flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying the game – or catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s seating for four at the counter. Step outside onto the deck to take in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee or apres-ski glass of wine.

There’s parking for two vehicles: one in the underground garage and one in the lot outside. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Mountain getaway

The property was very clean, and worked perfect for a family of 3. The clubhouse was an added bonus with a nice big indoor pool, hot tubs, and a sauna! Also close enough to walk to the downtown area.

Great location, convienent to many ski mountains and the towns of breck, frisco, silverthorne. Nicely maintained condo, easy checkin, good plowing, quiet. As advertised. Management company was great to deal with. We recommend highly.

Terrific stay. Highlights included well equipped kitchen, even an apple slicer and coffee pot with an insulated cafe, covered parking, and great set of starter supplies, ample towels blankets, etc.Very good location with easy access to Frisco restaurants and shopping, and roads to ski resorts.Fantastic and responsive communication. Easy checkin and checkout.Bed is memory foam mattress on the softer side, a matter of taste.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Ideal place for my daughter and I for a spontaneous getaway! It was cozy and simply perfect! The two loveseats in the family room were great for watching movies. The porch off the back had a pretty view of the mountain. The two options for parking were awesome (one covered, one not), both very close to your front door. Kitchen was cute with cool island and bar stools. Outdoor hot tubs (we drove rather than walk due to icy roads) were popular and perfect under the starry night! Very close to town (Frisco) and a short drive to Breckenridge! Book it!

Powderview condo has a fantastic west facing view from the deck. We’ve been coming to this complex for 20+ years. This is a great spot.

Great location as it was also near, within walking distance from Main St. The club house has a nice racquetball court, 4 jacuzzies, one steam room, one dry sauna and a swimming pool. The unit was a great stay. The only weird thing about the unit was the location of the toilet paper holder. Too close to the seat and awkward reach for the squares.
