Ground Level: As you step inside, you will be welcomed by one-of-a-kind artwork. The game room, with a pool table and a smart TV equipped with a DVD player, will keep everyone entertained for hours. The custom-built bar, complete with a wine cooler sets the perfect backdrop for socializing with friends. The remaining two bedrooms have cozy Twin bunk beds and complete this floor. Second Level: As you ascend the stairs to the second level, you will be met with a sun-drenched great room, creating a calming and serene ambiance. The custom woodwork serves as a splendid addition and the open floor plan allows for ample room for socializing. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for creating memorable moments. A breakfast bar and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 8 individuals provide unbeatable views of the beach and ocean. Rounding out this level is a Queen bedroom with a semi-private bath adorned with intricate tile artwork. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The view from common area can’t be overstated. The common area’s design is large, open and has views of the ocean and/or bay on three sides. It allowed for some great quality time with the family. The house was very clean. The two cooktops came in handy. The perfect getaway.
