"Excellent location. Beautiful sunsets. The deck was one of my favorite places— the guy wires could used tightening though, just be aware if there are smaller kids/dogs with you. My only complaints are the window units which are loud and not super effective at keeping a stable temp. And (lack of) towels. Two of them had the smell of urine. Quick fix, just bring your own—wish I would have known prior to arriving. This trip was for my Mom’s 75th birthday— she didn’t get a pee towel and sleeps cold so she was really happy."

"It was a clean space with great views- the sun sets over the waterway which you can watch from the back porch and you can see the sound from the top floor. The sheets are folded instead of on the bed when you arrive so you know that they are fresh and unused. There are two jacuzzi tubs and a hot tub. 3 full and 2 1/2 baths which is impressive. A large living space to spend time in and lots of room for dining.Overall it was a great space to kick back after a long day of adventures and we wished we could stay longer.Thank you for being pet friendly!!"

"We had such a wonderful time. The house is very clean. We loved the decorations especially Hank the hammerhead shark. The outdoor shower was all of our favorite thing. The house is located perfectly for beach access. We wish we were back there now."

"Maybe alittle more attention to the outside as well as alittle more attention to cleaning. The grass was very tall but manageable for our dog. The outdoor shower was filled with spider webs and debris and not able to use due to that. Very little outdoor seating. 2 outdoor chairs were broken. The garbage out in the back by the shower is a very big eye sore as well as the lock box on the deck. The microwave had food splatter in it. The dishwasher had sitting water and food scraps in it. We had to deep clean it before using it. Under the beds were very dirty with garage, fur and dust. There was garabge scattered all over the property from beer cans under the deck to plastic bags in trees. With having a cleaning fee we are highly disappointed to have to come in a clean during dinner time right before our children's bed time. Not an ideal situation If these things were taken care of this property would be alot more appealing for future guest. Unfortunately coming with small children and a dog these are the main points we are looking for in a rental and due to the lack of we will not be booking again."
