"This hotel is located in an area where parking on the streets of the town is required and parking machines don't accept foreign (american) cards. There is also an app that can be loaded onto a US based iphone... Team member confirmed that they would refund since I had to find a different hotel but until now I haven't received a refund (one week has passed)"
