" Not enough variety at breakfast and tables were not wiped off. "

"Had to go to the front desk as soon as we got there to ask for a different set of sheets. They were covered with hair and lint and god knows what else. The sound proofing in this hotel is non existent, you can hear everyone and everything around you. We travel a ton and have never stayed in a hotel so awful. Yikes"

"All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They were always friendly in wanting to make our stay exceptional and memorable. We plan to stay there again during our next trip to Billings."

"While there was a mix up at check in, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. We had checked in at 2:30 pm, however, we didn't have time to actually go to our room as we needed to get to the wrestling tournament. When we arrived back to motel at 9:30, our keys didn't work. Turns out we never actually got checked all the way into the system and our room was rented to someone else. Took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I appreciate them going out of their way to make it right! The rest of the stay was great! The only other issue was our neighbors who were loud ALL night long ... Not the motel's fault as we didn't say anything. "

"No contennial breakfast afte needing a 100$ inncidental that I couldn't pre pay for and had been blind sided by when in a tight spot. Do not recommend if in need for an emergency. Oh and the room service tried to enter without a notice. Good thing I had the door latch on."

"The room was okay. There were scuff marks on the dresser and hair in the shower other than that it was fairly clean. The fountain in the lobby isn’t running and it was nasty looking. The check in lady the afternoon we got there was nice, but none of the others were attentive "
