The Lake House is a beautiful, five-bedroom winterized cottage that comes fully furnished including all appliances, two BBQs, two washer dryers and a back deck with lawn furniture. This 2000 square foot home has two full bathrooms, a country kitchen, living room, dining room, two sunrooms and an office incorporated into one of the bedrooms. The house sits on 1.7 acres with a barn, a chicken coop that provides fresh eggs every morning and has 30 feet of waterfront on Lake Ontario. It is located on a quiet corner at Main and Cross Streets, just a five-minute walk to the village which has three restaurants, a bakery, a café and a general store that sells wine and beer. There are also two canoes and a kayak available (with life jackets and paddles) for guests’ use.
The Lake House is available the month of August. The minimum rental period is one week, and the price is $3500 per week plus HST, otherwise all inclusive.
