The holiday home accommodates up to 12 people and is particularly suitable for families with older children, as 2 of the beds are located in the loft. The house is a spacious 260 m², built in 1990, and sits on a beautiful 1,700 m² natural plot, just 25 meters from the sea. You can take a refreshing dip in the ocean or enjoy the large 130 m² terrace with views of the sea and surrounding dune areas.



Inside, the house offers plenty of space and activities. The pool house features a lovely swimming pool, where the water is always warm, perfect for both fun and relaxation. Additionally, the house’s activity room offers entertainment with billiards, darts, and table football. The five spacious bedrooms and the loft ensure a good night’s sleep for the entire family, while the indoor spa and sauna provide relaxation and well-being after a long day in nature.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern appliances such as induction cooktops, a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The house also has two bathrooms with shower niches and underfloor heating for extra comfort.



Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so you can easily stay connected with the outside world, even though you’re in a scenic and peaceful oasis.
