The property was having some painting done which it desperately needed. It is a fine place for just a quick night’s sleep, but nothing more. The clerk was quite competent but smelled so strongly of smoke that I had to stand back when she was checking us in. The rooms are adequate and in need of updates. The towels were practically threadbare.

This is a clean, reasonably priced hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, and the hotel is well-run. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms are very clean. There are a few restaurants close by (Chinese and Mexican—both great and within a block), so it’s super convenient.

I booked using “dog friendly” filter and they kicked me out because I should have called and asked for a dog friendly room. Whats the point of having Expedia filter? Expedia should drop this hotel. Other lady next to me had the same issue. Really curious to know how they manage dog friendly vs non friendly rooms. Do they have separate sheets? Washing machines? Towels? Comforters? And they never mix up? I highly doubt…

We sincerely apologize for your experience. We only allow pets in specific pet friendly rooms due to individuals with allergies. I did check the booking site and it does state to call ahead to the hotel to notify of a pet. I sincerely apologize for any confusion.

Robert,We apologize that the room smelled of smoke. Per Colorado law, we are a non smoking facility. Unfortunately, people don't always follow the rules. We do charge them accordingly and deep clean the room.

When you arrive and unpack, go to the bathroom and find mice droppings out in the middle of the floor, nothing is going to help your mind set. This is an overpriced $25 a night hotel. No, I would not be recommending this place, and will not staying here again.
