The interior greets you with lots of natural light, 3 bedrooms + sofa sleeper in the TV room, and an easily accessible single-floor layout. Very nice clean house in Fruita. Just a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Secure bike storage on site.

So much fun!

We had such a great stay at Sapphire House! The house was clean and well-appointed. We all loved the game shed, and had so much fun with foosball and the vintage arcade games. Our kids are now obsessed with the games from our childhood (Frogger, Donkey Kong, Tetris, and PAC Man!). We also loved the proximity to the park and to Main St Fruita. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Mark and Devin!
