"We were left outside in the middle of the night due to maintenance issues, despite having a confirmed reservation. The hotel was completely closed upon our arrival, and no prior notice or alternative arrangements were provided. This situation is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable—especially after traveling and arriving late at night. Being left without accommodation under these circumstances shows a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. I expect a full refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused."

"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street and got mad when we did not tip him😂 comical. Breakfast was the only thing that was good "

"We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around.
