Perfect holiday.

Everything was really good. Maid service, reception, every member of staff were really helpful, happy and polite and couldn't do enough for you. Everything clean, tidy and well equipped.

Great hotel

It is a really nice hotel with fantastic views and at a great location at the heart of the marina. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. Maid service everyday that left you with plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet rolls etc which other hotels I have stayed at haven't, so you end up buying more from the supermarket. I have no complaints at all and have booked to come back in April next year.

Hotel is very clean. The staff were helpful and offered us another room as you could hear the lifts.( Room opposite the lifts) very happy. There is a nightclub under ground on the poolside of the hotel, you can hear at the weekend, but ok. The room we stayed in was very clean the maids come every day. We didn't eat in the hotel as we like to eat out, but looked very good. Being right on the front it is in a good position. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fix your technology

I have stayed in the PYR many times and the same problem always exists. The wifi fails constantly and the tv signal fails around 50% of the time. It normally doesn't bother me but as it rained most of the time, I was in the room more than usual. I found ot very frustrating.

PYR was a positive surprise! I didn’t expect the hotel to be as clean as it was and at least our room in 10th floor was in very nice condition. The cleaning was done very well and even the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good, enough options but not so much variation between the days. Outdoor pool was supposed to be heated but we thought it was very cold. Excellent location and nice views from the room to sea and mountains.

Enjoyed my stay at PYR very clean newly renovated studio not sure if the room was really completed as lacking a few things. Main problem was height of shower and kitchen cupboards and closet hangers. Way to high!!!

Upon arrival we were told that our room had been changed for a better room but we were placed on the side of the hotel where it was extremely noisy. Also we were charged an extra $60 for an extra quest (third person) although there were only 2 of us travelling and stayed in the room. We were told to take the matter of the charge for the third person up with Expedia as they are the one that received payment.

This property was perfect for myself and my two children. Very close to the beach 5 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and shops to go to. Also the train station is 9 minute walk away so very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Hotel has just renovated around the pool lots of loungers. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff were lovely.

Fint og trygt hotell.

Fint og sentralt hotel nær strand og rolig området selv om det ligger i byen kun 10min gange fra selve sentrum. Kjekke store rom med gode senger/bad balkonger. Godt utstyrt. Bassengområdet var under oppussing/utvidelse noe som vil bli bedre da det var litt lite ift hotellets størrelse.
