Disappointing hotel
Charges for use of fridge, safety deposit box etc., outrageous. Food in the restaurant always cold and bread not fresh every day. Ordered sardines for lunch and they were from a tin. Staff in restaurant not very friendly. Pool toilet door did not lock and no toilet paper provided. Definitely not a four star establishment.

Hotel was clean. Very close to the beach.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again. The breakfast was great with a choice of cooked food or cereal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel as it was convenient for a concert at the Marenostrum Castle Park. Would definitely book this hotel on any future visits to Fuengirola

Nice hotel close to beach and transport very noisy in room from traffic out side room number 103 don't have need a higher floor very noisy could not sleep at all needs double glazing would stop again bot only if put in another room higher up

A good hotel for the price.Has a small bar and entertaiment was poor. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.Close to beach and a variety of resturants.Pool area good. If price is right a good place to stay.Hotel is 5 mins walk from torroblanca train station.

Hotel was in the quieter part of the resort but still plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk down at the beachfront. Lovely pool area and no problem getting a sunbed.

Definitely not 4 star !
Only redeeming aspect of the hotel was that the room was clean and except for the maids all staff were rude and unwelcoming. The miserly touches like paying €4 per day to rent the fridge in the room,€3 for the safe and €6 per day for the car park all went to cheapening the hotel. Barmaid was surly and aggressive and felt put out when you asked for a drink, gave small measures but big prices. There is no room service, no iron in the hotel let alone the room, and no facility to make coffee in the room. Front door was closed at midnight and you had to wake the security guard to let you in ! You definitely felt like a customer not a guest, whoever is running this hotel has absolutely no business acumen whatsoever as it needs a complete shake up.

The staff are not very helpfull, even though it was September , the car park had vet few cars they charged €12 per day, the nearest public places are approx 500mts away, so good excuse to rip people off. The drinks in the bar are very expensive and is the only place in Spain I have seen measure spirits! They charge if you want a cup of ice, in fact they seem to charge for anything & everything totally felt ripped off. The plus point is that the hotel is in a great position with loads of nice bars & restaurants around. It is a very clean and modern hotel. It's just a shame they feel the need to rip people off.

A nice hotel close to the beach
A hotel close to the Beach. We stayed at the 8th floor, and we had a fine balcony - partly with view over the sea. The rooms are fine - and over middle size. Breakfast - fine, and the garden with the pool area is fine.

Lovely hotel, close to the beach.
Lovely hotel, close to Torreblanca train station and very close to the beach. Great breakfast buffet, with something to suit everyone. Very friendly, helpful staff, particularly barmaid, who did a marvelous job Very spacious room, with much needed air conditioning. Great en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower. Rooms were kept clean and tidy - cleaned on a daily basis. Well appointed balcony with table and chairs. Great views of the beach, mountains and surrounding areas. Great entertainment.

Lovely hotel
2 minute walk from the beach, perfect place to be, near all the shops, bars and restaurant! About 40 minute walk into Fuengirola city centre and to the zoo, Bioparc which is really good! Second time I've been and would 100% go back every time I visit Los Boliches. Staff are all pleasant and speak Spanish and English! Food is perfect, lots of choice for all three meals! Entertainment on a night is great, the rooms are great and comfy and clean!! Can't wait to go back next year!

Worth the price
This is a nice hotel at a great location about 50 meters from the beach, rooms are big and clean with different grades of sea view. On the negative side they charge for wifi in the room, in our room the signal was non-existent, the hotel management was kind enough to refund us the wifi fee.

Well located friendly hotel
Very comfortable and lovely hotel between larger neighboring “colleagues”. Its size is a great value to avoid mass tourism. Very friendly staff is putting all the efforts to fulfill every guest’s needs and requests. Rooms are clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities. The dining room is well sized to avoid queues. Food range is from local to traditional. The lacks during my stay was in bad internet availability and the room safe box which must be hired. The swimming pool is clean and suitable in size. The hotel is easily to reach by car and is very near to the main junction for all directions. The hotel’s location is less than five minutes of walking distance to the beach and to the local railway station from which the Malaga city center is about 35 minutes ride away. The ride to the airport takes about 20 minutes. The trains are operating every 20 minutes. Take the chance and visit Malaga easily without traffic jams.

Relax en temporada de verano
Hotel muy agradable, con todo lo que esperas en tu escapada de vacaciones en verano. En la playa en cinco minutos, piscina dentro del hotel. Menú de buffet libre. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Atención para resolver todas las dudas y cuestiones. Muy buen trato.

Ingen park. mulighed på hotel, ingen wifi -havde ikke problemer andre steder i området! egenbetaling for safebox og alle "gæstevenlige ting" på værelser var barberet væk. Hotellet trænger i dén grad til en 2015 opdatering, eller en revurdering af stjernerne.

Muy buen servicio, aunque de presencia el hotel no es para 4 estrellas, pero lo supera con limpieza, y la comida es estupenda, la zona de piscina muy bien cuidada. Lo peor es el tema de aparcamiento.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été surpris de voir qu'il se trouvait sur une rocade très fréquentée et donc avec le bruit des voitures.Il n'est pas loin de la plage 3 minutes, il faut traverser la rocade et passer entre les immeubles qui bordent la plage.Les chambres sont propres mais le mobilier est très minimaliste : un lit, un bureau pas de table ou de fauteuil pour s'assoir.Le parking est payant 10 € par jour.Plutôt un 2 étoiles.

Hadde et bra opphold, og hjelpsom personal, kunne godt engelsk, og kjente området godt. Flink hushjelp. God frokost. 20m fra hotellet og ned til stranda, noe som jeg satte pris på veldig mye. Enkelt å komme seg steder fra hotellet, i og med at hotellet ringte taxi for oss hver gang vi trengte. Ellers så var det bare å gå langs strandkanten for å komme inn til byen eller spise på restauranter.

Perfektes Hotel in Strandnähe.
Sehr freundliche Angestellte.Pool wurde jeden Tag 2 Stunden geputzt. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig.Frühstück sehr vielfältig wer sich da nichts findet ist selber schuld.Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen, lyhyt matka rantaan, sijainti sopivasti lähellä Torreblancan juna-asemaa. Jääkaapista piti maksaa erikseen eikä se silti toiminut kunnolla, koska oli riippuvainen huoneen kulkukortista. Valitimme asiasta, mutta eivät saaneet asiaa korjattua vierailumme aikana. Wifi toimi hitaasti aulassa ja parvekkeella, mutta ei lainkaan huoneessa.

Otroligt bra hotell som jag rekommenderar till alla som ska åka till Fuengirola! Har bott på en del hotell i staden och detta är det absolut bästa hittills. Bra läge, lagom stort, mysigt poolområde, fräscha rum, trevlig frukost! Många tummar upp!

Worst 4-star hotel. Not even worth half the price.
Worst 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at. They don't keep what they've promised on the site/in the booking. When we asked for the correct room and free wifi (as we were promised) they had a bad attitude liek they didn't even care if we were dissatisfied. They didn't even want to listen to us, and just said plain NO. We were promised a doublebed (kingsize), but got two seperate beds. Hard beds and not comfortable at all. We had to pay 25 EURO extra to get the king size bed we were promised from the beginning. They only have wifi in the lobby, you have to pay extra to get wifi in the room, and this wifi has a very poor connection. In our booking it said that the room was provided with a minibar, but we had to pay extra to borrow a key with which we could open an EMPTY minibar. No free utilities such as schampoo or soap. No water boiler in the room, you have to pay extra for this as well. These things are a must for a 4-star hotel. You even have to pay extra to borrow an iron. Breakfast is okay, but not what it should be for the price of this hotel. No eggs, dry bread, smells grease in the restaurant etc. I wouldn't go back there for even half the price.

Prijs kwaliteit staan in verhouding. Ontbijt prima. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schoon. Je zit overal dichtbij, strand, uitgaan, openbaar vervoer. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes. Jammer dat kluis, internet, koelkast extra bijgeboekt moeten worden. Voor een paar euro's meer zouden ze beter een all in kunnen maken.

Dejligt hotel. Ringe Wi-Fi
Det ligger et stykke fra byens larm, hvilket er dejligt. Og alligevel er det så tæt på gode restauranter, barer og shopping. Der er et meget overdådigt morgemadsbuffet, hvor man sagtens kunne spise sig meget mæt før man skulle ud og se hvad byen havde at byde på. Personalet er venlig og smilende, og det gælder for alle dem vi stødte på. Dog skal det siges at der på Expedias hjemmeside står at der er gratis Wi-Fi på alle værelser. Dette er ikke helt korrekt. Der er gratis Wi-Fi i receptionsområdet, i restauranten, i baren og ved poolen. Hvis man vil bruge Wi-Fi på værelset skal man betale € 1,50 i døgnet, og så er det MEGET ustabilt. Selv om vi ikke er taget på ferie for at være on-line, kunne vi godt blive lidt irriterede over det. Men alt i alt var hotellet en rigtig god oplevelse.
