The villa is tastefully and modern furnished and fully equipped including air-conditioning, Internet, common and private pool.

There are four terraces, one out from the living room which is furnished with a large seating area, dining table.
Another terrace on the top floor connected to bedroom and two terraces on ground level, one at the private pool and one terrace located in the garden, furnish.
Gorgeous views from every room of either the sea and beach or to the stunning Mijas mountains!

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, closets, two bathrooms, where one is equipped with a washing machine. Entrance to the two ground level terraces and garden.
Main floor. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, hall, wardrobe, toilet and terrace.
Upper floor: bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and terrace.

The private pool about 2.5 meter , is suitable for cooling down and play for children. The community pool is stunning with views to beach, sea and town. About 8 meter.

The villa has all the amenities; Internet, television, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, iron / ironing board, A/C, linens, towels, beach towels and cot.

Private parking space at the house, located in a residential area secured with access port.

We keep coming back here
Seven times we have stayed in this great house in Torreblanca. We like it because of the many rooms, its both spectacular and quiet location, the great balcony with its sunny late mornings etc. On the negative side; the location of the house on a cliff makes it exposed for strong winds, which occurs frequently in Andalucia. This can sometimes be a little bit disturbing, nighttime particularly, but has never prevented us to each year book a new stay here.

Great location, well-stocked property
We loved our stay at this property! The views were outstanding, had plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen and supplies were well-stocked. The beach was a short walk away and the little store down the road had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the shade around the plunge pool, great for cooling off when the main pool was fully in the sun. I highly recommend this property for family stays, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a view
We have been four times to this apartment at La Roca. We love it for all the space, quietness, the lovely views! Only minutes from beach area/beachwalk and the difference in height between the property and beach level is easily coped thanks to an elevator.

Beautiful, clean and modern property
Myself and 5 friends stayed in Hanne's property for a long weekend in October. We were greeted by Vera when we arrived who welcomed us and explained how to enter and exit the complex. The property is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to a clean sandy beach where we hired sunbeds for just 5 euros a day. Plenty of places to eat along the sea front. A very clean and modern building inside and out. The villa is located up on the side of a hill with fantastic views (there is a lift by the pool area for access to and from the street level by foot). The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, crockery, toiletries, etc. The 3 storey property has 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms spread across the 3 levels, including 3 separate terraces/balconies, providing ample space for six adults. Location is at edge of Fuengirola so is a little quieter, which we preferred. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to Fuengirola main town. Easy access from Malaga airport. (15 mins by car) We would definitely consider returning in the future. Hanne was always quick to respond and payment via PayPal was very easy.
