- Abseits von Trubel und Hektik erwartet Sie unser gemütliches, maritim eingerichtetes Reihenendhaus in Michaelsdorf bei Fuhlendorf. Sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Wiesen und der wunderschönen Boddenlandschaft, bietet es Platz für bis zu max. 5 Personen und ein Kleinkind. Genießen Sie gemütliche Abende am Kamin und entspannte Stunden im kleinen Garten und auf der Terrasse. Barth erreichen Sie in etwa 15 Minuten, die Ostsee und Fischland-Darß-Zingst sind ideale Ziele für Tagesausflüge.
Die Unterkunft
Ein gemütliches Reihenendhaus in ruhiger Lage erwartet Sie, direkt angrenzend an Wiesen und ein kleines Wäldchen. Mit rund 70 m² Wohnfläche auf zwei Etagen und einem ausgebauten Dachboden bietet das Haus viel Platz für erholsame Tage mit Familie oder Freunden.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Hier laden ein bequemes Sofa, ein gemütlicher Ohrensessel und der Kamin zu entspannten Abenden ein. WLAN und ein Fernseher stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Im Obergeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett. In einem der Schlafzimmer steht zusätzlich ein Babybett. Im anderen Schlafzimmer führt eine steile Treppe auf den Dachboden. Dieser ist als Kinderzimmer sehr beliebt. Hier steht ein 1,40 m breites Bett. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Dachboden nur über die steile Treppe erreichbar ist und nicht beheizt wird.
Das Badezimmer mit maritimer Schiebetür im Obergeschoss verfügt über Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Auf der Terrasse können Sonnenliegen aufgestellt werden, auf denen Sie die Sonne genießen können. Eine Feuerschale und ein Grill laden zu gemütlichen Sommerabenden im Freien ein. Ein Hund ist nach Absprache willkommen (Aufpreis für Reinigung).
Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrräder können sicher im vorhandenen Schuppen untergestellt werden. Der Check-in erfolgt unkompliziert per Self-Check-in.
Michaelsdorf ist ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort auf einer kleinen Halbinsel zwischen Saaler und Bodstedter Bodden. Zum Boddenstrand gelangen Sie zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass vor Ort eine Kurtaxe erhoben wird, die bei Anreise separat berechnet wird. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
