On the ground floor, there is an approx. 30-square-meter living-dining area with cosy seating, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a large dining table that seats six people. The utility room is equipped with, among other things, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
