The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located.

Nishitetsu Grand Hotel
The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff ...

Everything was good! The location is convenient, not right next to the subway station, but it's only less than 10 minutes walk, and along the walk there are plenty to look at. There are also bus stations not far away. The hotel itself is clean and new, provides all the necessary amenities.
