Nothing bad, but the facilities are old. There was only one mistake: the staff forgot to give me the breakfast ticket until I reminded them.

The A/C was not able to control. The toilet seat was not able to control heat. Staff is very friendly. I wish they give us 2 keys so that, less inconvenient. (The key have to put in to turn the room light on.)

３歳の娘とアンパンマンミュージアムへ行った日の夜に宿泊しました。 徒歩では厳しいと思ったのでタクシーでホテルへ。 受付の方の対応も良く、スムーズにチェックインできました。 部屋の中は清潔で掃除もきちんとされている印象でした。 たくさんの外国の方が宿泊されていましたが、夜は静かで熟睡することができました。 　朝食も美味しく頂きました。 ありがとうございました！！

8月に出掛けた際目的地の一つに近かったので宿泊利用させていただきました。 通常、客室から出る際は電源がオフになり暑い中外から戻っても冷房が効くまでしばらく時間がかかりますが、この期間は熱中症等もあるため客室を出てもエアコンを稼働させておくことが出来る等配慮いただきとても助かりました。ホテル自体は老舗ホテルという印象でしたが清掃も行き届きスタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ提携駐車場の一台一台駐車する枠が狭かったのでそちらに関しては不便を感じました。

5살 아이와 함께 간 여행이라 침대 2개가 떨어지지 않고 붙은 방으로 요청드렸습니다. 흔쾌히 요청도 들어주시고 날마다 새로 제공되는 수건도 넉넉해서 좋았구요😊 위치도 텐진 번화가에 가깝다보니 어디를 가도 접근성이 좋아서 너무 좋았네요👍 다음에도 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 아크 호텔에서 묵을 생각입니다~
