This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. Bad: - Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay for a four bedder. We were told we have to buy more toilet paper ourselves. - We found and killed several crockaches in the bathroom and the living room. - The bathroom ceiling fan and curtain rod and curtain had mold on it. - Toilet paper holder was broken, unsure of intentions to fix . - A towel had yellow spots on it Good: Quiet street, can sleep well. Aircon is good. Water pressure is good Management responded quickly to our request and sent someone to clean the bathroom the next day. The shower curtain was changed. However that is only a temporary fix. I think management should invest in doing a deep clean of the room before leasing out to the next customer.

部屋はいいのに色々残念

チェックイン時、タブレットの反応が悪く時間がかかった。 一番困ったのが、夜外出して戻った際に、入口ドアの暗証番号を入れるパネルが4ケタの数字を認識せず(何度押しても数字が入らない)、ドアに貼ってある緊急時トラブルの電話にかけた。そうこうしているうちに、中から別のお客さんが外出しようと出てきたので、入れ替わりで中に入った。この方が戻った時はまた入れず困るんじゃないかと心配だった。無人フロントの問題点だと思う。電気系統、パネルやタブレットのメンテやチェックなどは定期的にやってほしい。 また、部屋に前のゲストの使用したマスクが2枚残っていた。このコロナの時期に大変不衛生で大きな問題だと思う。清掃は基本なのでルームクリーニングのスタッフの意識を高めてほしい。いくら部屋が良くても、清掃の行き届き方で、一発で悪い印象になる。 部屋の広さ、設備に関しては良かった。

出かけ先から戻ってきたとき、フロントで教わった通りに番号を入力したのですが、解錠できませんでした。ですから本社？にお問い合わせして、解錠ができました。寒い中なかなか入れなくて辛かったです。 後、必要最低限のアメニティは欲しいです。

It is very clean, tidy and convenient. The host has waited us for checkin even at 23:00. Fridge and washing machine are provided and can be use freely. Towels, teeth brush are provided too.

お願いすれば歯ブラシやバスタオルなど持ってきてくれるとのことでしたが 歯磨き粉が足りなくなってしまい でも都合もつかず毎日米粒くらいの歯磨き粉で我慢しました笑 最初に1人1本ではなく一日1本でいただけると最高でした！ あとは駅から近いしiPad？みたいなのも無料で使えてとてもよかったです！

第一次住日本民宿，發現沒有服務員長駐，因此與屋主溝通方面主要靠電郵，若有突發事情可能有些不便。屋內設施不錯，尚算舒適，就是地點有點遠離博多站。

サービスが悪すぎる。最低最低最低‼️チェックイン時スタッフがいない、個人電話を使って、ホテルに電話して、やっと部屋に入った。部屋に入ってから、バスタオル歯磨きがない。深夜11:30家族も寝ているのに、スタッフが歯磨きを持ってきた、家族5人なのに、4人分しか持ってきてない。 あと1人分を持ってくださいとお願いしたら、 できないと断られた！

此洒店為一棟三層高住宅，一層一户，有電梯，房間很大，設施新和整潔，又有微波爐和洗衣乾衣機，真心覺得不錯。附近有便利店和很多停車場，行5分鐘就到博多河岸城和食市，地點方便，唯一缺點是洒店外貌是黑色和很小，而洒店標誌又不大，燈光微弱，不容易找到，我們駕車經過都看不到，建議加大招牌

說是「飯店」，其實只是出租公寓。多要一張棉被要加錢，問「飯店」需要加多少錢？ 飯店給我的回覆是要再訂一間房才能多一張棉被！這是什麼邏輯！誰會為了一張棉被多訂一間週末的房間！另外，這間飯店根本不能稱為「飯店」，頂多是出租公寓，訂房資訊都沒有寫清楚。往後不會再考慮Grand base系列的住宿了。
