Hotel is clean and modern. Well-located and walkable to Canal City Mall. Quite a number of unagi restaurants around as well. The hotel staff were really friendly especially the parking uncle. Really commend is dedication to his job. There's washer and dryer too though the dryer seems rather inefficient. Might need a 2hr drying cycle for your entire laundry to be dry.

Room was quite large for Japan standards and a slightly older but more spacious style. Very convenient location though would be even better if closer to Tenjin (so that both subway lines could be accessed). Parking was fine at 1500JPY / night but we only needed one night parking.

I've stayed at this property before and had a similarly wonderful experience. Both English speaking and Japanese speaking staff members are very helpful as they helped coordinate a luggage transfer to the airport! I also made a mistake with the check-out date and had to change rooms for an extra night, but they were able to have a room ready prior to official check-in time so the change didn't end up being a hassle. There's plenty of convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, plus the area makes it easy to go to both Tenjin and Hakata, so it's convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious as well.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The things i didn't enjoy were the small from the smoking area near the elevators and crowded lobby and the dining room. The hotel must be popular with the tour groups, which caused the heavy traffic at these areas often. The hotel staff mentioned and advised me to give extra time to go to the breakfast, but we gave up the breakfast one of the days because there was a waiting line to be seated. I wish the hotel comes up some solutions when they have a large tour groups. The last thing i would like to mention that you need a pair of very comfortable shoes. You would need a lot of walking to stations and stores.
