The hotel, although older in decor, was well maintained. The staff were extremely polite. However the gym is not free for hotel guests to use and requires a daily entry fee. This was shocking to discover. The hotel location is central, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Good location for exploring Fukuoka centre. Amazing swimming pool but additional cost to use. Breakfast buffet had a good choice. Lovely reception area. Room comfortable, only criticism is shower is in a bath so not as safe to use as a walkin shower.

Great hotel close to Hakata Canal City or Tenjin. The staff here are amazing, and provide excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and they had so many options available. We stayed here upon arriving in Fukuoka and then again a few days before departing. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Fukuoka.

Location in a quiet convenient area. Walking distance to many attractions or a quick subway ride. Subway is accessible from basement of hotel. Breakfast buffet is great lots to choose from. Don’t loose your passport hotel staff will not assist you with anything outside of their property.

I booking this hotel, over others, on the basis of its pool and its gym. Unfortunately these come with an additional charge of £17 (approx) per person per night. Given the price of the hotel itself and visiting as a family this was disappointing. Kids can’t access the pool either. Beyond this, the hotel itself is really nice and the staff are very professional and courteous. It is also well located.
