The hotel was very clean and the rooms were always serviced very nicely. This is the second location I have stayed at and I am a fan of Mitsui Garden franchise all together. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was that the bathroom had a strong mildew smell, I feel this may be rather common but still. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

The property is right next to a 7-11 which is great. 7-11 in Japan is amazing unlike in other parts of the world. The hotel is also easily accessible by bus stops and train stations. The staff were great - very polite, courteous and helpful.

Comfort and clean hotel. big size compared to japanese hotel standard, our 3 rooms are 270sq ft, and two are190sqft. The facilities and restaurants next door serve high standard shishima.
