Lovely modern style and perfect location

The atmosphere of this hotel is quite modern and clean. Nice room for the price and great comfort. Perfect location in the center of Fukuoka.

Staff were very polite & helpful at check- in and shared all amenity info. The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast was okay however would have preferred to have more fruit choices/quantity available. Breakfast buffet was just okay. We did appreciate being able to leave our suitacses securred at the hotel for the day as we had an evening train departure.

Excellent value for the location and quality and amenities of the hotel property. Breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed the hot water bath. Room was too small for my family of 3 as we had large suitcases so wish we reserved a larger room - but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel is more than suitable, though the room was a bit smaller. We enjoyed the breakfast and service, and the location very much. We didn't use the onsen, though it looked nice. I found an ugly bug in the bathroom that I made my husband deal with, but otherwise it was clean. The beds were comfortable though the pillows weren't great. My daughter's pull open sofabed was slanted but she seemed to sleep fine.

Staff was extremely helpful during check-in. Building and room were clean. Conveniently located to subway, restaurants, and shopping. Area is walkable and felt safe walking at night. Had trouble figuring out the sidewalk good stalls due to language barrier, but that's on me. AC didn't keep the room at the correct temp in auto mode. Coffee/tea machine in the lobby would have been appreciated; staff didn't replenish coffee/tea supplies in room during green cleaning.

Great location, staff service is good. My twin single room is a bit small but I guessed it’s Japan standard. Breakfast is average though, limited choices. Onsen is a very small pool, not impressive.

The hotel location is good (subway just few mins away), but the room size is relatively small as for twin bed. The bed is too soft. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant and welcoming. There is also limited space for personal toiletries, and the overall storage options in the room are quite restricted.
