하카타역에서 도보로 10분 남짓. 생각보다 청결하고, 부엌도 있고, 침구도, 이불도 좋았음. 단, TV가 화장실 욕조에만 있었음. 그리고 부엌에 남비나 팬 등은 없고, 컵, 수저 정도만 있어서 실제로 무얼 해 먹을 수 있진 않았음. 그래도 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박시설.
