The room was not clean enough. (The faucet was very dirty and towels have some mold) Also, you may have to get up early due to the construction noise (the building is renovating until next year and I did not noticed that before check in).

Good location, bad smells

Location is great, room is decently sized, and the availability of a washer is appreciated. However, the place was dirty, with the bathroom smelling fairly bad. It needs a serious cleaning. Also the check in process is a pain due to no staff. Only stay here if you're desperate.

Only suitable for 1-2 nights stay for low cost

PROs - the location is convenient with subway station and some restauants nearby - the room wallpaper seems recently refurbished within 1-2 years. CONs - washing machine is present but there is no washing powder or detergent of any kind. It is wosrsen with the fact that only 1 set of towels were provided with 4 nights. There was no way to wash yourself - Room is very small for 4. The worst was that there was a platform rack that is supposed for trolley luggage placement but the leg was broken. - personally i perfer hard mattress but this hard bed resulted in my my back pain. Poor quality mattress and pillows. - the washroom sink draining water run very slow. Residue on the filter is rather disgusting. - in contrast to the photo, the beds are turned 90 degree. It resulted in blocking the balcony.

The sink was impeded, dirty water was stucked in the sink. The bed is cheap and terribly uncomfortable. The wood door was broken and could not move smoothly. The toilet machine was broken, the stop button wasn't functioning. I had to unplug the machine in order to stop it

地點便利性高的公寓式酒店

這一家其實是利用老公寓翻修的，不算典型的飯店，採完全無人服務的方式，優點是價格便宜，走路四分鐘到地鐵南天神站，地點便利性佳，離天神地下街近，百貨公司，餐廳林立，到博多車站就二站，缺點是翻修只有房間部份，其他尚老舊，因為無人服務，退房後無法暫寄行李，得花1000日幣寄放行李櫃，對外隔音差，入住期間巧遇隔壁建造房子，吵雜不堪；房價的WiFi 也不通，此次出差巧遇台灣，中國連假，韓國好像也是，路上韓國觀光客ㄧ堆，供房緊迫，房價其貴無比，否則實在不會再考慮入住這一家飯店。

部屋の匂いが酷い

立地、部屋の間取り等はとても良いのですが、洗濯機の置いている部屋から下水の臭いが酷い 排水口をテープで塞いでいますが、浮いた状態でほとんど意味をなしていない。 これさえなければ、文句なしでした

今回7泊させていただきましたが、市内中心地にあって交通や・食事・買い物に便利、無人フロントの為余計な手続きが不要だった事や、キングサイズのベッドにバスタブが広く入浴剤を入れたり感激しました。贅沢を言えば洗濯機は室内にあって便利だったんですが、乾燥機付きの全自動があれば、なお助かりました

最上階角部屋という事もあり、景色がよくベランダが広くて気候がいい時期だったらベランダでくつろぎたいと思った。ミニキッチン，洗濯機，アメニティ完備で◯ トイレ、浴室、洗面台等水回りの細かい箇所の掃除が行き届いてなく（トイレのアンモニア臭、浴室換気扇のホコリ等々…）不快だった。ウォシュレット故障なのか？止ボタンを押しても止まらなかった。

가성비와 편리성을 겸비한 숙소입니다.

추음에 입실할때 좀 복잡한것 빼고는 가성비 대비 실내도 넓고 욕실과 화장실이 구분되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 약간의 걷는것을 좋아 하신다면 위치도 아주 좋은편에 속하며 다음에 또 이용 할 의사가 충분한 호텔입니다.
