"House was clean, very well equipped and as advertised. Communication was swift and clear. "

"The room was dirty, bathtub had hair in it, bed had only a bottom sheet, had to ask for a sheet for under the blanket, dead bugs on the window sill, carpet was not vacuumed, no cups or coffee for the coffee maker or any cups. Was too late to change hotel rooms. Slept in my clothes. "
