"The location of the Inn was perfect for our Finger Lake hikes and cycling excursions. The view from our balcony overlooking the vineyards and Seneca Lake was beautiful. What would make the stay better is updating of the rooms."

"Beautiful house! Perfect for our family vacation on Seneca Lake. We enjoyed kayaking, watching sunsets, using the hot tub, using the fire pit, and sitting on the deck. The house was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Ameann was an excellent host and always there to answer any questions that we had. She even left us bottles of wine in the fridge and icecream! The view is the best part. We enjoyed hiking and visiting several waterfalls and local wineries. Kayaking on the lake was another favorite part. Lots of great family memories from the week!"

"This place was really nice. The downstairs living area/bedroom/bathroom was great for our group, as one couple could seperate from all the kids upstairs. We didn't have any issues with the well water situation, and were able to take normal showers. The firepit area was nice, and we didn't have any problems with mosquitos. The kids enjoyed jumping in the lake, and the sunset views were great! Communication & check in went smoothly, and the extras provided (garbage bags, TP, spices etc...) were appreciated. Lots of room to park cars also. The only feedback worth mentioning is that a little TLC could really spruce the place up. Alot of peeling wallpaper, creeky screen doors that had trouble shutting, and the curtains and blinds were missing on one of the windows in the kids room, so we had to get creative so that they wouldn't wake up at 6am! Overall, it was a really nice place - and we would stay again. Thanks!"

"House met our needs for our Seneca lake visit. Very clean-furnished adequately with all the essentials. Wifi efficient. Mark responded to any questions quickly. Wine tour was awesome-just across the road. Night sky was amazing. Barney the cat was there to great you everytime-too cute"
