"My wife and I visited during JMU parents weekend. The lobby was decorated with JMU balloons and banners and there was a table of complimentary snacks & water throughout the weekend. Very nice. The staff was professional, kind and helpful and free breakfast and parking is always appreciated. Short walking distance to stylish Ridge Room restaurant. Good central location. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Yes the furniture is a bit nicked up and there are marks on some walls but it was expected. We paid half of what many other hotels were charging during parents weekend and were very happy with our stay."

"Clean quiet stay. Suite was a nice size with sectional sitting area. Double sink and walk in shower. Comfortable bed and big screen TV. Breakfast was similar to other Hotels that offer free breakfast except there were more options and better stocked than most. I was pleasantly surprised by the property. Only negative was the carpet off the elevators was soiled and needs cleaning."
